Our health consultations are designed to show you the basics of Ayurveda so you can become your own healer and improve your health, no matter what is thrown in your path.

The Yoga of Eating initial wellness consultation with a Hale Pule practitioner is 60 minutes to allow for a thorough assessment. We use Zoom video conferencing to reach anyone, anywhere.

Consultations are nonrefundable. From the time of purchase, you have a 6 month window to complete your consultation. We recommend scheduling sooner than later as available times fill up quickly.
