When I first began studying Ayurveda and Yoga over 35 years ago, I was searching for a way to truly heal from the inside out. Years of digestive issues, fatigue and emotional stress had eventually led to a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.


What I found through Ayurveda and Yoga was a path that brought me home to myself — and gave me the tools to help others do the same.
