Refund Policy

Our goal is to leave you satisfied with any service or product you purchase from Hale Pule. If you experience any issues with or have questions about our programs, services or products, please notify us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.

CONSULTATIONS AND TREATMENTS

Consultations are non-refundable. From the time of purchase, you have a 6 month window to complete your consultation. We recommend scheduling sooner than later as availability times fill up quickly. If you have to cancel a consultation or treatment, email us at least 72 hours before your appointment to reschedule.

IN PERSON WORKSHOPS, IMMERSIONS, AND TRAININGS

In person workshops, immersions and training payments are nonrefundable and non-transferable (including to another date or location). A confirmed deposit holds your space in an immersion or training.

Hale Pule reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event nonviable. If Hale Pule cancels an event, registrants will receive a refund for any funds paid toward the event.

PANCHAKARMA HOME THERAPY

Panchakarma Home Therapy is nonrefundable, and the treatment must be completed within 6 months of purchase. It is possible to reschedule the treatment if we are notified by email at least one week prior to the beginning of the program.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS, PROGRAMS, MEMBERSHIP, WORKSHOPS, AND ONLINE TRAININGS

All online products, programs, memberships, workshops and trainings except for Agni Therapy* and Yoga of Eating are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Agni Therapy and Yoga of Eating are subject to our 7-day money-back guarantee.  If the purchaser is not satisfied with the program, they may request a refund in writing within 7 days of purchase.

*For Agni Therapy, the refund will be offered for the full value of the course less the value of an Ayurvedic Health Consultation ($238 USD) if the consultation has already occurred during the 7-day period.

PAYMENT PLANS

Some products or services on our website can be purchased via a payment plan. The terms of the plan will be either 3, 6, 12, or 24 monthly payments. If you choose the payment plan option, the payment terms will require one month's payment immediately upon purchase, and subsequent monthly payments for the duration of the payment plan, until the balance is paid in full. 

A payment plan is a financial commitment that must be honored in its entirety, regardless of your participation or completion status.
