Yoga of Eating is a 12-week online program for those who experience dis-ease, confusion, tension, or disorder in their relationship with food and eating.
This program is designed for those who think about eating and food too much. If you overeat, undereat, obsess about eating, experience discomfort during or after eating, and feel guilty or shameful about your eating habits. Through applying the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, Myraji supports you to unravel patterns of thinking to release incorrect and limiting beliefs you hold about yourself, your body, food, eating and the nature of life so you can experience freedom, vitality, and ease.
It’s natural to enjoy nourishing, healing food while connecting to the sacred nature of eating. This program will show you how to experience that for yourself ongoing in your life.
The program includes:
- 12 inspirational education modules with Myraji
- 12 powerful intuitive energy healing meditations to align your energy for each chapter of the journey
- Transformative practices for each module to resolve unhealthy patterns, move stuck energy, and step beyond old patterns for a new perspective.
- 3 illuminating emails per week for 12 weeks (36 total) providing inspiration and tips to move you forward through the program.
- Access to our private Yoga of Eating community monitored regularly by the Hale Pule team for support throughout the process and ongoing.
