An evening of Ayurveda and Sanskrit
with Myra Lewin and Gaiea Sanskrit.

Thursday, 8th August, 2024 | 6.00 p.m. - 8.15 p.m. (London)
Venue: Globe House, London Bridge

Sanskrit is the ancient language of the Vedas. It was received by the sages in heightened states of meditation.

The sounds of Sanskrit are embedded in the cosmos and our own physiology. Ayurveda’s purpose is to cultivate “sukha”, or happiness, joy and bliss.

When we are chanting Sanskrit, we are connecting to what is timeless, restoring the natural order of things and connecting to our innermost Self.

Join us for an en-chanting evening celebrating “svastha” (true health) and what this means living in the world today.
