Hosted by Dylan Smith of Vital Veda
If you grapple with addictions or compulsive behavior, know that you can free yourself from this bondage and find a life of genuine joy and contentment with the practices of Ayurveda and Yoga.
Join Myra Lewin, founder of Hale Pule Ayurveda and Yoga as she shares her successful approach to healing from addictions in an interview with Dylan Smith of Vital Veda.
Through the lens of Ayurveda and Yoga, Myra will examine how addiction and compulsive behaviour takes form in our lives through our desire for external validation and our relationship to technology, food and caffeine.
Myra will introduce practical and proven solutions for removing the root cause of addictive and unconscious behavior in order to experience freedom and embrace the complete joy of living.
Myra Lewin is an Ayurvedic practitioner and Yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience in supporting people to heal from addiction. Most recently, she presented her powerful method for healing from addictions at the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) conference in California, USA.
