  1. Application: To become an affiliate, please complete the  application form using the button below.
     
  2. Approval: Once your application is reviewed and approved, you'll receive an email with your confirmation and next steps. This email will notify you of your approval so you can log into your account.
     
  3. Training: Once approved you’ll gain access to your referral link and information on your commission.
     
  4. Promote: Use your unique referral link to share Hale Pule's offerings with your audience through your website, blog, social media and newsletter.
     
  5. Earn: Earn commissions on each payment made through your referral link. Track your commission and payouts through our user-friendly affiliate portal.

Does the size of my social media audience affect my eligibility as an affiliate?

We’re looking for passionate and motivated individuals whose dharma is to spread the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga. The size of your social media following does not determine your eligibility for the program.

What’s the best way to share about Hale Pule’s offerings with my community?

The best way to share about Hale Pule’s offerings is one that feels natural and genuine. You don’t need a specific social media platform or method. Connect with your community in ways that feel most comfortable for you. Use your personal story to share the benefits you’ve experienced from our programs and trainings. People will respond to your genuine enthusiasm and testimonial. 

When do I receive payment for my commissions? 

Commissions are paid quarterly at the end of each quarter. Payment is sent by the 15th of the following month. 

End of quarter: March, June, September and December.

Payments sent: April, July, October and January.

How do I receive payment for my commissions? 

First, add your bank details into the affiliate portal. Payments are made via Bank Transfer if the affiliate's account balance is at least $100 USD. If the balance is below this amount, it will carry over to the next payment period. 

Can my referrals use a payment plan to purchase? 

Yes, however, affiliate commissions are on pay in full purchases only. If your referral decides to use a payment plan, you won’t receive a commission on the purchase. 

What if my referral is issued a refund? 

If a refund is issued, the commission is automatically refunded as well. You’ll see the sale marked as rejected in your affiliate portal The commission on that sale will be deducted from the affiliate's account balance. If payment has already been sent to the affiliate, the commission from the refunded payment will be deducted from the following payment balance. The only product eligible for a refund is Agni Therapy, within seven days of purchase.
