Ayurveda Mentorship Package with Myra Lewin (3 hours)

• Ayurvedic healers seeking additional support and guidance as they deepen their understanding of Ayurvedic medicine, including diet, herbalism, treatments, Yoga therapy and energy management.

• Current students of Ayurveda (or individuals with any level of Ayurvedic knowledge) seeking more clarity and depth in their studies of this elegant and holistic approach to healing.

• Recent Ayurveda program graduates seeking guidance as they start their own holistic business venture serving and educating in their communities.

This is a personalized education in Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is the science of life - it’s vast. All-encompassing. Any subject is up for discussion - cooking, teaching, sleeping, breathing, appreciating, enhancing relationships, self-care - you name it.

As your guide, I will support you as you redefine and renew your approach to life through Ayurveda. Connect to yourself, expand your perspective, and open up to greater freedom through our mentoring relationship.

HOW DO WE CONNECT?

We connect by video via Zoom. After you make your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your first session.

ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?

If you haven't had an Ayurvedic health consultation with a Hale Pule counselor or me before, the first 60 minutes of your package will go toward an initial consultation, so I can get to know you better and address any health concerns.

If you've had a consultation with a Hale Pule counselor before and this will be our first meeting, the mentorship session will be 60 minutes, so we can get to know each other and dive deeply into the subjects that matter most to you. After that, sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes.

In my personal and professional experience, I've come to understand that real change comes with commitment, so this package is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
