Before Yoga, I lived with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and a difficult relationship with food and my body. At 24, I was diagnosed with PCOS, and stopped having my period. I knew something needed to change.

When I was 26, I walked into my first Yoga studio in Melbourne, Australia. That first class was the first time in my life I felt truly calm. I started going once a week, then it became two, three… Before I knew it, the studio became my second home: a place where everything appeared clear, and at the same time, everything dissolved.

During that time, I was practicing Yoga while following a strict keto diet. At first, I got the results I wanted: weight loss, regular menstruation. But after a year, my joints began cracking, anxiety returned, and I didn’t feel nourished or satiated anymore. I realized there had to be a way to feel the steadiness I found on my mat in my everyday life - to live Yoga beyond my mat.

Searching for this led me to Ayurveda. Quickly, I found Hale Pule and Myra online, whose sweetness, authenticity, and embodied wisdom resonated deeply. I didn’t know what it meant to find your teacher back then, but today I know I found mine.

I enrolled in the Ayurvedic Health Advisor training in 2020. As I studied, I started to see the world through a different lens and my health shifted: my digestion settled, my mind grounded, overeating and addictive patterns softened, and my relationship with food became more peaceful. And my hormones: balanced! The word "ease" finally made sense to me: I never thought in a million years I could feel this good.

After graduating in 2022, I continued mentoring with Myra and began supporting women with hormone imbalances and specialized in fertility, pregnancy and postpartum. Over time, I realized I was increasingly drawn to the creative “behind-the-scenes” side of my business (writing, design, content, and storytelling) more than the client work. Other practitioners began asking for support with their websites, copy, and social media, and that path unfolded naturally.

In 2024, I joined the Hale Pule team. Today, I support the school by guiding aspiring students toward our mission and offerings through our various communication platforms: Instagram, emails, and podcasts.
