Join us for an ashram-style immersion on the UK island of Guernsey, UK. You’ll sink into daily spiritual practices, tune in to yourself as energy and spirit, move prana and uncover your healing power.

The daily spiritual practices include early morning agnihotra (fire ceremony), mantras, pranayama, meditation, Yoga asana workshops, karma Yoga in the kitchen and gardens, satsangs and intuitive energy practices. 

There will be 1-3 days of silence during this time. This is an opportunity to live simply and wholly and connect to a higher healing vibration as a student of Ayurveda and carry it back home with you. 

This is a closed immersion only available to students and graduates of Hale Pule’s Ayurvedic Health Advisor and Counselor trainings. You’ll be surrounded by dedicated practitioners who share your commitment to deep learning and authentic practice.
