  • Subscriptions renew automatically; you agree to all recurring charges.

  • Payment plans require full repayment even if you do not complete the program or training.

  • All payment plans are non-transferable and non-refundable.

   

2. Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Purchases

  • When you buy a consultation, class, program or training, or other service you enter a legally binding agreement.

Access

  • Program and training access begins after payment and account creation.

  • You agree to manage your membership responsibly.

Changes

  • We may update prices, payment terms, and service offerings at any time.

   

3. Refund Policy

Hale Pule offers high-quality services, and refunds are handled as follows:

Digital Programs & Trainings

  • All are non-refundable and non-transferable, except:

    • Agni Therapy and Yoga of Eating have a 7-day money-back guarantee, less fee if consultation has occurred. Refunds must be requested in writing within 7 days of purchase. 

Consultations and Mentorship

  • Consultations and Mentorship are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

In-Person Workshops & Trainings

  • Payments for in-person events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Hale Pule. 

Payment Plans

  • Payment plans are financial commitments and must be fulfilled entirely as agreed upon at sign-up. 

  • Payment plans are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

  

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information carefully. This applies only to data collected through halepule.com.
