Join us for a dynamic exploration of Yoga as a path to longevity and balanced living. This is a practice beyond performance or “exercise” — this is an invitation to engage with prana, the subtle life force, and reveal and release energetic blocks and blind spots. This practice will change how you conduct yourself in life.
Led by Myra Lewin, a world-renowned yogini with over four decades of experience, this 2.5-hour workshop integrates asana, pranayama, mudra, and meditation. With an emphasis on applying Ayurvedic principles that support dosha and agni balance, this is a chance to reduce the grip of distraction, reactivity, and inflammation — making space for sattva, clarity, and connection to something greater.
In this workshop, you’ll learn to continue this practice at home, where benefits will accumulate over time. This is sustainable Yoga, rooted in the principles of Ayurveda for a path to balanced living from the inside out.
The workshop includes personal guidance in a supportive setting, along with time for reflection, self-inquiry, and questions. Come as you are, and leave with tools to live well — and live long — in harmony with your true self.
