Myra poured 30 years of experience into Hale Pule’s Ayurveda trainings, creating what she wishes she'd had when she was learning.  

 

These trainings are both authentic and true to the roots of Ayurveda, as well as practical for modern living. Knowledge is transferred through experiential learning and personal connection with a team who walk their talk.
